You have 1 day from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. This allows you to inspect your order and ensure that it meets your expectations.

Returning a product to Filauri.in is simple. Just follow these steps:

Initiate the Return: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to support@filauri.in within 24 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include your Order Number, Name, Address, Contact Number, and the reason for your return request. Our support team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

Package Your Product: Place the product in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. Please ensure it is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Pickup or Shipping: Depending on your location, we will either arrange a pickup or guide you through the return shipping process.

Refund Process: Once we receive your returned product and confirm that it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.

Conditions for Returns

• An unboxing video is mandatory if a damaged or defective product is received.
• The product must be returned in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and free from any signs of wear.
• The return request must be initiated within 1 day from the date of delivery.

Non Returnable Items

Personalized or customized products are not eligible for return unless they are received damaged or there is an error in customization. Products marked as Final Sale or Non Returnable are also not eligible for return.
